WHAT TO KNOW:

Never put your cutting board into the Dishwasher. Wash your board with soap and water. Dry with a cloth and let it stand on the long edge if possible. 

The difference between End grain and Edge Grain:

Edge grain boards are just that, the edge of a slab of wood. Edge grain will show more wear and tear over time but are sturdy and will stand the test of time. 

End grain cutting boards are the actual end pieces of wood. End grain cutting boards absorb your knife better and do not dull your knives out as quickly as other boards would. 

You will need to apply 100% food safe mineral oil followed by a board butter. It is recommended to do these steps at least once a month.
