One of the most common questions that we're asked is what size board is a good fit for a caterer. The 18”x26” end grain board is the perfect size. Larger then the most common 14''x 24'' and smaller then the 24''x 36'' restraurant board. Pictured above is an End Grain Cherry and a Semi Chaotic.
